Tulum Wellness Spa- Esthetician


Escape to Tulum Wellness Spa where nature meets science and wellbeing.
Ambiance, beauty, history and healing define the energy of Tulum and ancient city in the cerulean-blue water of Mexicos Yucatan Peninsula, as it has become a world travel destination.In correlation with the namesake, our medical spa will replicate Tulums holistic healing identity and will incorporate the latest in beauty and precision medicine for a personalized care approach.

Our specially trained professionals will guide our guests through an experience of mind, body and health, while attending to their specific personalized needs with the utmost attention to detail and hospitality, rejuvenating their sense of well-being, vitality, balance and self-confidence with beauty and personalized regenerative & functional medicine care in an atmosphere like no other.

You will find body and skincare essentials with technically-advanced ingredients and professionally designed services. Our approach of full-body health and wellness works with the mind, body and soul to help you become the best, most capable person you can be.We believe that its important to always be learning to keep up with this ever changing world. We do this by paying attention to industry trends, educating ourselves and sharing our knowledge with you. Each service is individually tailored to meet your needs. Esthetician Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.
  • Achieve personal and store goals.
  • Explain, recommend and sell products.
  • Perform services, including but not limited to: Dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, Chemical Peels, Lash Lifts and so on.
  • Give service recommendations and rebook clients.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services to ensure Board compliance at all times.
  • Create and maintain a partnership with all TWS personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
  • Demonstrates high standards for customer service, image standards, and consistently executes TWS expectations.
  • Meets or exceeds financial metrics including: service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, skin treatments, retail revenue, retention/turnover and contribution goals.
  • Responsible for identifying the skill development needed for each staff member and determining the right resource, including themselves, to develop the skill.

Esthetician Requirements:


  • State licensure to practice as an Esthetician.
  • 4+ years of industry experience.
  • Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
