Starlink Store Manager

Starlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, will deliver low-latency broadband internet worldwide. As we continue expanding, we are seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in delivering an outstanding in-store customer experience while driving sales and adoption of Starlink services.

As a Starlink Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing a team of five or more employees, and ensuring customers have a seamless and informative experience. You will be data-driven in improving store performance, adept at launching and operating retail locations, and highly skilled in team leadership.

Responsibilities :

• Lead, manage, and hire a team of three or more employees / contractors, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening, closing, staffing, and inventory management
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize & scale store traffic, sales, and Starlink adoption
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience by providing in-depth knowledge of Starlink products and services
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor store performance, optimize the customer journey, and drive conversion rates
• Hire, train, and develop store employees, setting clear performance expectations and fostering growth opportunities
• Implement and oversee operational procedures to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (growth, sales, marketing, customer support, logistics, etc.) to optimize store performance & launch a store
• Maintain accurate records of store metrics, customer feedback, and operational challenges, providing regular reports to leadership

Compensation and Benefits : Pay range : Supervisor, Starlink Store : $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 / per year. Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations : job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
