Job descriptionManufacturing Experience : Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Educational Requirements : High school level reading, writing, and mathematical skills. Mechanical Aptitude : Strong mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance. Problem-Solving Skills : Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently. Communication : Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with various individuals. Teamwork : Ability to work effectively in and promote a team environment. Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Shift : 2nd shift (train on 1st shift)

We are currently seeking a diligent and skilled Mixer Technician / Maintenance / Receiver to join our dynamic team at our Menomonie, WI Facility . This position is key to maintaining the high standards of our feed production process.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate Batching Schedules and Production : Ensure that batching schedules are met and that production aligns with planned timelines.
- Manufacture Products : Follow formulations provided by the Corporate Office to produce all products accurately.
- Equipment Maintenance : Assist in maintaining equipment, including keeping installation, repair records, and preventative maintenance schedules up-to-date.
- Ingredient Receiving : Receive and unload ingredients from barges, railcars, and / or trucks at the manufacturing facility.
- Maintain Cleanliness : Keep equipment and work areas clean and well-organized.
- Compliance : Adhere to OSHA regulations, company safety rules, and policies and procedures.
