This is a full-time position that works Monday – Friday 8 : 30am -5 : 30pm. The pay is $16 -18 per hour with merit increases depending on experience and qualifications. This role is located at our center : 1118 W Oak Ridge Rd, Orlando, FL 32809

The Office Manager plays a central role in creating a warm, welcoming, and well-organized environment where children, families, and staff can thrive. Under the guidance of the Executive Director, this role blends administrative expertise with a people-first approach while managing front desk operations, supporting enrollment efforts, and serving as a key point of contact for families, community partners, and staff. You’ll be supporting children's growth and helping Oaks Ridge Children’s Academy become the very best it can be. What You’ll Do

Administrative & Office Operations

  • Manage daily attendance and student records and state systems
  • Support the Executive Director and team with day-to-day operations and administrative needs.
  • Process enrollments, subsidy documentation, and maintain compliance files
  • Prepare weekly enrollment and engagement reports for the Executive Director, detailing tours, inquiries, and registration progress
  • Prepare reports on student status, immunizations, subsidies, and screenings
  • Support staff with printing, forms, scheduling, and inventory needs
  • Monitor emails, phone calls, and correspondence, escalating as needed
  • Family Engagement & Customer Service

  • Greet families, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming front office experience
  • Conduct school tours and support enrollment efforts from inquiry to registration
  • Keep parents informed with updates and bulletin board communications
  • Maintain the school's social media, website, and weekly enrollment reports
  • Represent Oak Ridge Children’s Academy with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • What We Need from You :

  • Degree in Early childhood education or related field of study required
  • FL DCF 45 required with Directors Credential

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional early childhood education or experience
  • Must clear a full background check
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and basic computer skills
  • Strong understanding of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where students are engaged and encouraged to succeed.
