Position Overview

As a Management Trainee , you’ll receive comprehensive, hands-on training in all aspects of business management, from event coordination to client relations and strategic development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment and is ready to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and community organizations.
• Participate in structured training and mentorship programs to prepare for management responsibilities.
• Track campaign performance and event outcomes to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to cross-department projects that enhance efficiency and team collaboration.
