Position Overview
As a Management Trainee , you’ll receive comprehensive, hands-on training in all aspects of business management, from event coordination to client relations and strategic development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment and is ready to grow into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and community organizations.
- Participate in structured training and mentorship programs to prepare for management responsibilities.
- Track campaign performance and event outcomes to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to cross-department projects that enhance efficiency and team collaboration.
- Share creative ideas during strategy meetings to improve event engagement and marketing impact.
- Take initiative on key assignments, progressively building toward supervisory responsibilities.
