We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing various events while driving sales and enhancing customer experiences. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to develop tailored event solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clientele.

Location : Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range : $950- $1150 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and objectives.
• Develop detailed event proposals, including budgets and timelines that align with client expectations.
• Identify and secure venues, vendors, and suppliers for events, negotiating contracts where applicable.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials and promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
