Pay, Benefits & Perks of Unit Manager (LPN or RN) :
- $ 12,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying RN candidates!

Essential Functions of Unit Manager (LPN or RN) :
Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursingThe candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standardsInitiates and leads individualized nursing care plansAssesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needsAccurately and promptly implements physicians’ ordersAssigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualificationsAdministers medicationsStarts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residentsDocuments that treatment as requiredEnsures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe mannerOther duties as assignedQualifications of Unit Manager (LPN or RN) :
Graduate of accredited RN or LPN School of NursingOne year of nursing experience is preferredValid RN or LPN license for the state of Missouri is requiredValid CPR certificationCandidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organizationAbility to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
Ability to maintain confidentialityKnowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
