Job descriptionFamiliarity with Agile and Kanban best practices. Experience in analyzing and documenting current state processes, data, and system architecture. Ability to manage product and component lifecycle from evaluation to retirement. Contribute to technical design and implementation solutions for a wide range of technical problems. Conduct technical reviews and solutioning for CMDB / CSDM incident analysis and triage. Document configuration and implementation following process and design standards. Utilize technical expertise to resolve complex, escalated delivery systems problems. Collaborate with product suppliers for enhancements and unresolved issues. Inclusive and diverse work environment. Title : System Design & Integration Specialist
Location : North Charleston, SC (Remote)
Salary Range : $65 / HR T0 $75 / HR
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a System Design & Integration Specialist. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with diverse teams to drive business success.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on a W2 basis.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of architecture and data / information management standards.
- Experience in CMDB / CSDM governance processes.
- Technical expertise in API integration between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate business goals across teams and organizations.
- Aerospace experience is required
