Key Responsibilities

• Estimate and sell jobs by writing accurate estimates, securing approvals, and driving project profitability.
• Oversee project timelines, quality control, and ensure smooth job completion.
• Conduct site inspections, review scopes with clients and adjusters, and handle communication.
• Hire, train, and mentor employees, ensuring a high-performance culture.
• Identify, hire, and coordinate subcontractors for various restoration projects.
• Implement policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Monitor project profitability, assist in debt collection, and maintain accurate job costing.
• Build and maintain relationships to generate new business opportunities.
