We’re seeking a Bilingual Clinical Program Lead to guide and mentor a team of clinicians delivering behavioral health services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to care team members
• Ensure quality of service delivery, documentation, and compliance
• Oversee programming related to substance use and mental health services
• Support staff with case consultation, crisis response, and professional development
• Assist with insurance credentialing and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance bilingual and culturally competent care
• Strengthen community partnerships and contribute to program development

Qualifications : Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred) At least 3 years of experience providing clinical supervision Background in substance use and mental health treatment Bilingual (English / Spanish) required Familiarity with Allentown / Lehigh Valley community preferred
