We’re seeking a Bilingual Clinical Program Lead to guide and mentor a team of clinicians delivering behavioral health services. This role blends leadership, supervision, and community connection — ideal for someone who wants to use their expertise flexibly while shaping the growth of a mission-driven nonprofit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to care team members
- Ensure quality of service delivery, documentation, and compliance
- Oversee programming related to substance use and mental health services
- Support staff with case consultation, crisis response, and professional development
- Assist with insurance credentialing and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance bilingual and culturally competent care
- Strengthen community partnerships and contribute to program development
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldLicensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred)At least 3 years of experience providing clinical supervisionBackground in substance use and mental health treatmentBilingual (English / Spanish) requiredFamiliarity with Allentown / Lehigh Valley community preferredBenefits
Contract Details
