Lead Operational Programs
Lead and coordinate high-impact operational programs, drive key projects to successful completion, and track KPIs that support the strategic goals of our engineering center. You will be at the heart of delivering and executing strategic initiatives while providing critical support to senior leaders. As both a program manager and chief of staff, you will coordinate complex projects, monitor performance against key metrics, and champion operational excellence within our world-class engineering team. This role involves non-routine, highly complex work requiring advanced technical and business skills. As a key contributor and mentor, you will set direction, ensure execution, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Product management knowledge, a passion for data-driven decisions, and strong leadership are essential.
This team is targeting candidates in the U.S. who can work ONSITE in Nashville-TN (priority location), Austin-TX / Seattle-WA (secondary locations). Relocation Assistance provided. (This is not a remote position) Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications
Proven experience in technology, with a strong background in program or project management, product management, or operations. Demonstrated ability to define, track, and interpret KPIs and deliverables. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to operational detail. Experience with process improvement and organizational change initiatives (preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. Familiarity with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) are beneficial.
