Responsibilities
Develop and manage your own pipeline of prospects and clients
Present and sell personal and commercial insurance products (auto, home, life, business, etc.)
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and service
Maintain knowledge of products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Requirements
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
Must be self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills
Must be able to obtain or currently hold a state insurance license (Property & Casualty / Life & Health)
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree a plus)
