Details & requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : Monday-Friday 8a-5p, night and weekend call Job Setting : Clinic or Operating Room Types of Cases : Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in Operating Room. Adults only - no Pediatrics Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner Must have an BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Active Illinois State License or Interstate Medical Compact Licensure in hand DOX Facility Location Easy to access, Peoria’s metropolitan lifestyle gets together with stunning natural beauty.
