We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book, check on, & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, shippers, warehouses, & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll partner directly with the founders and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent across engineering, product, and operations teams.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing to close
• Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
• Craft great candidate experiences from first touch to offer
• Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels
• Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale
• Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals
