Corporate Finance Intern
The Corporate Finance Intern will have an opportunity to gain hands-on accounting experience and learn about various aspects of the Corporate Finance function at Ardian US.
Responsibilities include :
- Deepen their knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Support the Corporate Finance Team with various ad hoc accounting projects and tasks
- Prepare reconciliations schedules for different accounts of the financial statements
- Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flows forecasts
- Assist with interim and year-end Audits preparations
- Assist with preparation of financial exhibits and schedules for board presentations
Profile :
Recent graduate or in the process of completing a bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting ideally in their Junior or Senior yearMust have completed introductory accounting courses and have a basic understanding of financial principlesProficient with computersDemonstrated leadership in work and / or academicsRequired skills :
