What we are looking for :

A Greenhouse Manager that will be responsible for maintaining the greenhouse’s hydroponic systems and the broader food forest and community garden, while also leading efforts to engage volunteers through our Nature’s Classroom educational spaces. Key responsibilities include managing the operations of the hydroponic greenhouse and Nature’s Classroom, and coordinating and organizing both ongoing and one-time volunteer events pertaining to our outdoor spaces.

What you will need :

1-2 years of experience working with volunteers, community groups, or a customer service focused environment. Experience working in a greenhouse and knowledge of / interest in gardening. Must have strong organizational skills. Skilled in providing exceptional customer service.
