A company is looking for a Principal HR Business Partner for People Initiatives & Strategic Projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute high-priority, cross-functional strategic projects
Partner with AI teams to enhance HR workflows and employee experiences
Provide targeted HRBP support and use data analytics to influence decisions
Required Qualifications
Director-level experience in HR or related fields
Proven track record in leading organizational design and change management
Experience with AI applications in HR processes
Strong background in data analytics and business transformation
Ability to coach and develop peers in HR best practices
