Support the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for employees.
Maintain accurate records of employee leave, including PTO, vacation, and sick days.
Assist with benefits coordination—enroll new hires, update employee benefit selections, and respond to general benefits questions.
Manage day-to-day employee requests, such as employment verifications, policy information, and benefit-related inquiries.
Oversee the collection and tracking of compliance documentation (I-9 forms, background checks, certifications, etc.).
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
Requirements
Experience in administrative or human resources support roles is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Comfortable using Google Workspace and DocuSign; able to quickly learn new HR software systems.
Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing work in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.
