Senior Manager, On Chain Analytics

As part of our Digital Assets organization, you’ll help advance Schwab’s leadership in blockchain-driven insights and cryptocurrency market understanding. In this role, you will apply your data-analysis and blockchain-forensics expertise to trace digital-asset flows, uncover patterns, and deliver insights that support Schwab’s strategic decision-making.

You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team at the intersection of business strategy, data analytics, blockchain intelligence, and financial innovation, helping Schwab bring clarity and transparency to an evolving asset class.

What you’ll do :

• Analyze blockchain activity : Collect, normalize, and analyze on-chain transaction data across multiple blockchains to identify trends, counterparties, and fund-flow patterns.
• Deliver business insights : Build visualizations and dashboards (., Tableau, BigQuery) that translate complex blockchain data into actionable intelligence for business partners.
• Conduct market analysis : Track industry developments, token movements, and regulatory trends to inform Schwab’s digital-asset strategy.
• Develop data solutions : Design and maintain automated pipelines to integrate blockchain data into Schwab.
• Partner across Schwab : Work closely with the Analytics, Data Engineering, and Product teams to develop reporting frameworks that meet strategic goals and business needs.
