We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. This permanent position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Personal Injury, Plaintiff Negotiation, and Settlement. The successful candidate will have the ability to handle a high volume of cases, maintain strong client relationships, and effectively negotiate settlements. The Bilingual Case Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of a case from inception to resolution. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their skills and experience in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities :

1. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring all cases are handled promptly and professionally.

2. Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and court personnel in English and a second language.

3. Collect and analyze evidence, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements.

4. Prepare and submit legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

5. Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for each client.

6. Conduct case evaluations to determine the value of each case and develop a strategic approach for settlement negotiations.

7. Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to personal injury law.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, ensuring all relevant information is readily accessible.

9. Work closely with attorneys, providing them with the necessary support and case updates.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Case Manager in the legal industry, specifically with a focus on Personal Injury, Plaintiff Negotiation, and Settlement.

2. Fluent in English and a second language. The ability to communicate complex legal concepts in both languages is essential.

3. Proven track record of successful settlement negotiations.

4. Strong knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures.

5. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of cases.

6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

8. Proficient in the use of legal case management software.

9. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

10. A bachelor's degree in law or a related field is preferred.
