Overview
Library Services Technical Associate (.8) at Des Moines University Medicine and Health Sciences (DMU). The role is under the guidance of the Assistant Director of the Center for Educational Enhancement-Library Services to support services within the Center for Educational Enhancement (CEE), including oversight of access services. Functions include interlibrary loan, systems administration of the library management system, and coordinating digital content and access to resources within the institutional repository and course reserves systems. This position will also supervise and train student workers. This position will be cross trained to assist with technical troubleshooting and other customer service-oriented functions. The individuals in this position will join a team dedicated to advancing quality, technology-enhanced teaching, learning, research, and scholarship.
