What You Will Do as a Merchandiser :

This position exists to develop market driven products that exceed customers' and consumers' expectations. This role is responsible for executing the functions necessary to provide greater speed to market through product development and maintenance of assigned product lines.

How You Will Make a Difference :

• Creates and maintains all product level data for the lifecycle of the garment from product set up to deletion from the product line
• Manages flow of product requests for cost and development as specified; creates and maintains product / project calendar(s)
• Maintains all relevant data in the appropriate tracking system
• Effectively communicates all product level information to all internal stakeholders; manages relationships and communication flow
• Gathers and analyzes product line performance, customer, trend, and competitive data to make product line recommendations
• Presents product / project review and line analysis to external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identifies and manages specific projects as needed, according to the agreed upon timeline
• Creates PD Pipeline meeting materials for specified projects; presentation may be required
• Potential management of intern(s) when applicable
