Our client is a distinguished law firm seeking a dedicated Labor and Employment Attorney to join their Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. This role is focused on serving public sector clients and offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level legal advice on employment and traditional labor matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel to public sector and private clients regarding employment and traditional labor matters.
- Handle a heavy volume of transactional labor and employment work.
- Conduct high-level legal research, writing, and analysis.
- Assist in employment litigation matters.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–8 years of experience in labor and employment transactional law.
- Bar Admission: Active membership in the California Bar.
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Background: Experience dealing with public law work (e.g., from boutique firms, Am Law, or City Attorney’s offices).
- Skills: Exceptional writing, research, and analytical capabilities.
