Salary : $26 per hour

Silver Leaf SWPPPis looking for a passionate leader whos ready to make a difference and lead our installation team in one of the fastest growing SWPPP Companies in the state of Idaho. We are looking for the next Install Crew Lead to join our Silver Leaf SWPPP Family! We are a company that provides full SWPPP services, including the installation and maintenance of the erosion control products for construction sites throughout Idaho.

Responsibilities :

Ability to manage multiple crews and projects.

Schedules / coordinates / supports the installation with crews on multiple construction sites.

• Communicates effectively with crew members and Regional Ops Manager to ensure their success.
• Assists the Project Manager in all aspects of Silver Leaf.

Supports and upholds the Silver Leaf standard of Compliance.

Expectations :

Willing to work in all weather conditions because we provide year round service.

Must be able to lift 100 pounds and be in good physical condition

Basic knowledge of Construction site safety

Ability to interpret site plans and relay this information to their crew.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : Starting at $26 per hour depending on experience.
