Travel Nurse RN - Stepdown - $2,096 per week

TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Evansville, Indiana.

UNIT : Cardiac Renal Unit / CRU / 5500- 7550

Minimum Experience REQUIRED : 3 years of strong Tele / M / S, 2 travel assignment, trauma level II experience.

Required Certs : Must have current active compact license. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and NIHSS.

Charting Experience : Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class)

Patient Population :   High acuity – Cardiac / Tele / Stepdown, Cardiac heavy, (Afib with RVR, Afib, flutter, blocks), heart cath without interventions. CHF, COPD, sepsis, BH / CIWA, post ablations, dialysisSkillset : Tele / 12-lead EKG interpretation (TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO PASS TELE TESTS), Initiate / titrate drips (antiarrhythmics, Heparin, etc.). PIV insertion, chest tube / indwelling drain management, CBI, stables drips (heparin, lasix, protonix), antidysrhythmic (cardizem, tikosyn dosing, amio), nephrostomy tubes.
