Summary : This is a position within the Commercialization Strategy & Operations team, which supports the field operations for US Field Commercial teams. The successful candidate will partner with Brand and Sales leadership to create the vision and strategy for field reporting in alignment with leadership priorities and business stakeholder requirements. This role will serve as a strategic partner for Commercial sales leadership as well as the BIT Business Partner to oversee execution of key deliverables for sales performance achievement.
Responsibilities :
Qualifications : BA / BS required (quantitative area of study preferred) 5+ Years of relevant pharmaceutical experience for Associate Director Experience interacting with marketing management, understanding, anticipating, and fulfilling their insight / analytical information requirements Ability to draw inferences from disparate pieces of data, identify key findings and link to implications and provide recommendations Strong creative problem-solving skills to answer key business questions Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams across organizational lines and structures
Compensation Overview : Princeton - NJ - US : $167,540 - $203,013 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
