Patient Relations Coordinator
The Patient Relations Coordinator provides effective internal marketing to patients, families, and other customers by responding to requests, concerns, and special needs. This individual oversees and coordinates the complaint and grievance process to ensure that Hendrick responds to these issues in an appropriate, timely, and professional manner. This individual identifies areas of needed improvement and takes action to facilitate those changes. Additionally, the Patient Relations Coordinator supervises other members of the patient relations department, as well as volunteers, to ensure the best use of time and resources for optimal departmental operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education : Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years related healthcare experience
Minimum Work Experience : 3-5 years nursing, patient relations, marketing, social work, or other relevant healthcare experience
