Responsibilities :

• Provides people leadership through ongoing communication, feedback, and professional development and maintaining an inclusive and engaging work environment.
• Responsible for conducting follow-up investigations regarding incidents occurring on Children's Health property and for reviewing the results of these investigations with appropriate department heads.
• Responsible for acting as a liaison between the Safety and Security Department and other hospital departments by coordinating safety and security education programs as necessary.
• Responsible for continuously improving customer service / patient experience.
• Collaborate across markets to ensure alignment and consistency as needed.
