The Role :

As the Sales & Finance Manager , you will play a crucial role in managing both the sales and finance departments. You will lead a team of elite sales professionals, drive sales performance, and ensure that all financing transactions are seamless, compliant, and customer-focused. You will be responsible for coaching and developing the sales team, securing vehicle financing, presenting financing and insurance options, and maximizing profitability through product sales.

Key Responsibilities : Sales Leadership :

Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring excellent showroom performance, volume growth, and customer satisfaction.

Coach, develop, and motivate the sales team to exceed volume, gross, and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets.

Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed department goals.

Oversee showroom merchandising, inventory flow, and demo vehicle presentation to maintain a premium customer experience.

Build and maintain relationships with OEM partners to ensure up-to-date product knowledge and manufacturer training.

Host and attend private client events, product launches, and community engagement efforts.

Collaborate with service, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Finance Management :

Work directly with customers to secure financing for vehicle purchases, presenting financing and insurance options clearly and effectively.

Maximize dealership profitability through product sales, such as warranties, GAP insurance, and other add-ons.

Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal regulations, handling deal structure and desking in collaboration with F&I.

Oversee the development and execution of financing strategies, ensuring timely and accurate completion of paperwork.

Assist in structuring deals to meet both customer needs and dealership objectives while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

What You Bring :

Proven success in both sales management and automotive finance .

Deep understanding of high-net-worth clientele and the expectations of luxury and high-end service (experience with luxury or exotic brands is preferred).

Strong negotiation, sales, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.

Expertise in automotive financing, lending regulations, F&I best practices, and CRM tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements :

3+ years of experience in automotive sales management and F&I.

Valid California Driver’s License and Sales License.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events as required.
