A company is looking for a Call Center Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain communication with TRC Command Center and Operations Supervisors / Managers
Deliver training sessions on schedule and within budget
Ensure smooth operation of Maintenance and Accident Management programs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of ARI-TRC Call Center experience
3+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry
Exposure to the fleet management industry
Experience facilitating virtual training
