We're conducting a search for a detail-oriented HR Data Specialist to support their team with a strong focus on union contract administration, data accuracy, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring advanced Excel skills, hands-on experience working with unions, and a solid understanding of contract language and PTO accrual practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) to ensure accurate application of union contract terms.
  • Maintain and audit employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with union agreements.
  • Track and reconcile PTO accruals, ensuring alignment with policy and contract language.
  • Utilize Excel to analyze, audit, and report on workforce data.
  • Partner with HR and Payroll teams to resolve data discrepancies and support process improvements.
  • Act as a resource for interpreting union contract provisions as they relate to data and HR processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables, and data reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Union experience, including working with or interpreting CBAs.
  • General understanding of PTO accruals and related policies.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with UKG UltiPro.
