Looking for motivated candidates to provide one-on-one behavior support to learners identified with behavioral or intellectual disabilities! Under the guidance of a licensed Behavior Consultant-ABA, the Behavior Health Technician (formerly TSS) will implement the treatment plan and support the learner in applied behavior analysis interventions. BHT will meet with the child and family in a variety of settings including homes, schools or community settings to increase language, social skills and the learners ability to function successfully in their natural environment.

Enthusiastic applicants are needed in both Westmoreland and Allegheny counties.

Hours :

PART-TIME . Hours will vary based upon the child's and family's needs. These include mornings, after school and / or weekends

Many sessions are short in nature (2-3 hours) and perfect for candidates who have another job, are currently in school or are looking for some supplemental income.

Training reimbursements of up to $900 after 30 days of consistent billable employment. Additional bonuses for meeting onboarding and training deadlines after 30 and 60 days of consistent billable employment

Qualifications :

  • Must have a minimum of a High School diploma
  • Act 33 and 34 Clearances, FBI Fingerprint clearance
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • MUST have 40 hour RBT training done before hire. Reimbursement for training following 30 days of billable employment.
  • Willing to complete a paid Applied Behavior Analysis training program- This Position requires 20 annual hours of training. All candidates must be committed and willing to complete all required trainings in a timely fashion.
