Compensation & Benefits

• Salary : $45-$50 per hour plus an uncapped incentive plan (3 out of 4 hygienists earned an incentive payout.)
• Monthly stipend : $12,000 per month for the first 12 months of employment, which can be used toward expenses of your choice.
