JOB OVERVIEW

SCHEDULE

  • Coverage Type : Scheduled (No Call)
  • Shift Description : Day, Night, Weekend shifts
  • Shift Details : Flexible 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts (Monday
  • Friday, as well as Saturday and Sunday shifts)

    • CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS

  • Credentialing Timeline : 90-120 days
  • References : Over the past 5 years
  • Active CT License or Willing to obtain
  • DEA

    • WORK DETAILS

  • Trauma Level : Community Hospital (applying for Level 3 trauma designation)
  • NICU Level : Level 2 NICU
  • Case Types : Bread and butter cases including :
  • Orthopedics, Podiatry, Surgery
  • Plastics, Ophthalmology
  • Vascular (open and in cath lab)
  • Excludes complicated brain, thoracic, open heart, or high-risk OB cases
  • Healthy pediatric patients only

    • SUPERVISION MODEL

  • Directed supervision with a 3 : 1 model
