Master / A-Level Automotive Technician

Location : Nappanee, IN

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Earning Potential : Up to $125,000 annually

Pay Rate : $45 – $65 / hr (Flat Rate)

Average Flagged Hours / Week : 40 – 50

Pay Schedule : Weekly

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master or A-Level Automotive Technician to join our well-equipped, clean, and air-conditioned shop in Nappanee, IN . Key Responsibilities :

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles – “if it rolls in, we fix it.”

Handle DVIs (Digital Vehicle Inspections) and accurately write up all parts needed.

Complete inspections, provide estimates, and handle customer interactions during "show and tell" in the shop.

Maintain a clean, professional appearance and an organized workspace.

Engage in ongoing training and development.

Requirements :

Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience (preferably from an independent shop).

Proven track record of high-quality work.

Heavy diagnostic capability; Diesel experience is a plus .

Strong computer and DVI skills.

Ability to interact professionally with clients.

Must be clean, organized, and motivated by pride in their work—not just compensation.

Valid and clean Driver's License required.

Compensation & Benefits :

Flat rate pay : $45 to $65 per hour
