Applies principles of accounting and financial planning to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.
Manages all assets within the Medical Center and ensures capitalization procedures are followed with respect to procurement budget and accounting principles.
Performs financial analysis of capital assets to evaluate performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making
Prepares detailed reports on depreciations, maintenance costs, etc.
Assists in development and management of budgets for capital asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
Ensures compliance with GASB and internal policies related to capital asset management
Works closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to support effective capital asset management strategies
Coordinates with project teams to ensure CIP is accurately recorded and placed into service timely.
Coordinate physical inventory procedures.
Prepares and maintains procedures for managing Fixed Assets.
Performs other area-specific activities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education : Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience : 3 years' experience in financial analysis, asset management, or a related role.
Licensure : None required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. Hybrid modality.
Position Compensation Range : $26.24 - $52.48 Hourly
