MD / DO - Family Medicine - Fond Du Lac, WI

Froedtert ThedaCare Health, Inc, a highly successful non-profit health system, is seeking a Full-time BE / BC Family Medicine physician to work at their Fond Du Lac clinic located in WI.

• FTE 1.0 - 35 Standard Patient Care Hours
• 8 am-5 pm (Mon-Fri)
• Can accommodate 4 day work week
• Call with all the other physicians in primary care for NEMG. Approximately 1 week every 10.
• Approx. 20 patients per day
