Construction Laborer

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with site maintenance and basic pump station tasks in the Everglades. This role supports the ongoing operations of the pump station project and involves working in outdoor, remote conditions. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical labor, follows safety protocols, and works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities :

• Perform general site maintenance including clearing debris, managing vegetation, and maintaining access paths.
• Assist with basic pump station tasks such as cleaning components, checking for wear, and supporting minor repairs.
• Load and unload materials and tools as needed.
• Support equipment operators and technicians with daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
• Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract position based out of Belle Glade, Florida.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
