Position Overview :

As an HVAC Field Operations Quote Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the HVAC PSA Service Quality Team by managing and reviewing technician and mechanic Labor & Material (L&M) quotes within NxGen,

• service management platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate quote completion and delivery to customers, helping drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and follow up on technician-generated quotes in NxGen to ensure completion and customer delivery.

Collaborate with field teams to resolve quote-related issues and improve turnaround times.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of quote status and outcomes.

Qualifications :

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word, and Teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative mindset.
