Job Description

Support the next phase of a modernization project. As a Java Developer, you’ll help migrate the legacy platform to Java 21, support Azure Disaster Recovery planning, and contribute to backlog reduction efforts through testing, debugging, and development activities.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and troubleshoot Java applications, assist in refactoring codebase from Java 8 to Java 21
  • Develop SQL scripts and support data-driven batch processes
  • Participate in sprint planning, requirement validation, and post-sprint reporting
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve backlog items and deliver user-requested enhancements
  • Support Azure-based Disaster Recovery testing and coordination alongside infrastructure teams

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in Java application development with knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and debugging tools
  • Ability to contribute within Agile teams and participate in sprint-based delivery cycles
  • Strong documentation and communication skills with ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams
  • Familiarity with Azure environments, cloud-based testing, or disaster recovery planning is a plus

    The Pay Rate range for this position is $45 - $48 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
