We are seeking an experienced, people-oriented Sales Director to lead and inspire our U.S. sales team. This role is ideal for someone who understands both American and Chinese work cultures, excels in team leadership, and is passionate about driving performance through strategic guidance and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Lead the team in breaking down sales targets into actionable strategies and plans.
- Monitor individual and team progress, providing support and feedback to address performance challenges.
- Analyze market opportunities and identify growth areas in the golf cart and related industries.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results.
- Serve as the communication bridge between the U.S. sales team and headquarters.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the golf cart, battery, or related industries (preferred but not required).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide others.Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.Deep understanding of Chinese work ethics and culture, with the ability to integrate that into a diverse U.S. workplace.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate goals into actionable sales plans.Why Join RoyPow?
