About The Position

We are seeking a Pediatric Oncology Nurse Practitioner for a 30-day locum tenens assignment in Georgia, starting on Jan 5, 2026. This pivotal role involves day shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with potential variations in weekly scheduling. The candidate will manage care within a pediatric setting, focusing on bone marrow transplant (BMT) patients, supported by state-of-the-art EMR systems like Epic.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide specialized care for pediatric oncology patients, with a focus on BMT

  • Administer treatments and monitor patient progress
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Utilize the Epic EMR system for thorough documentation and patient management
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Additional Information

  • Must have Pediatric BMT experience
  • Required board certifications : Pediatric Hospital Medicine
  • Licenses Needed : Valid Georgia nurse practitioner license
  • Other Required Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
