Shift : Nights – 3x12-Hour Shifts

Time : 18 : 45 – 07 : 15

Weekend Requirement : 8 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule (Fri / Sat / Sun combinations)

Holiday Requirement : Yes, if scheduled day falls on a holiday

Guaranteed Hours : Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract

Block Schedule : Not available

Call Requirement : No

Start Date License : Active license must be in hand – no pending state licenses accepted

RTO (Requested Time Off) : Max 7 days allowed
