Cold Header Operator

Shift : 7am-5pm Monday-Friday

What you’ll do :

  • Adjust machine components to regulate speed, pressure, temperature, dimensions, and material flow
  • Examine, measure, and weigh materials to ensure conformance using calipers, micrometers, and length gauges
  • Monitor machine operations and maintain safe practices
  • Uphold EPS’s high quality standards

What we’re looking for :

  • Minimum 3 years of cold heading experience
  • Familiarity with National, Nakashimada, Carlo Salvi, or HyoDong machines preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and technical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with basic measurement tools
