Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our integrated primary care and behavioral health team.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

This full- or part-time role offers a salary starting at $88,000 / year, with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development. The position requires in-person work in Wahiawa, HI, with relocation prior to start.
