Job Description :

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility setting. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient-centered care.
