Job Summary

Our client in Plainville, MA is seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician. This position involves assisting with apartment turnovers, performing general maintenance, and ensuring properties are kept in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable working with a variety of tools and repair tasks. MUST have previous experience in property maintenance.

Schedule & Pay

Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM-4 : 30 PM
Pay Rate : $22 / hour
Type : Full-time, Temp-to-Perm (based on performance)

Responsibilities

Assist with apartment turnover and preparation for new tenants

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs

Painting, patching, and general upkeep of property interiors and exteriors

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

Previous experience in property maintenance, building repair, or a related field

Basic knowledge of painting, carpentry, and general repairs

Ability to safely operate hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic

Must be punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
