This position involves troubleshooting electrical systems, maintaining electrical equipment through PM procedures, assisting in implementing new control systems, researching and developing better controls and electrical processes, tracking and monitoring recurring problems, identifying weaknesses in electrical systems, and training operators and maintenance technicians.

Requirements include industrial electrical experience, extensive schematic reading capability, PLC coding / troubleshooting skills, and electrical certifications such as those from technical colleges or manufacturing certifications (e.g., Allen Bradley, SquareD). Preferably, candidates have 3-5 years of documented experience.

The selection process involves a panel interview and standardized or hands-on testing. This is a progressionary position; level 3 must be achieved within 18 months.

This is a full-time, mid-senior level role in the farming industry, based in Waco, TX.
