In-Home Nurse (LPN / RN)

Pay :  $24–$40 per hour, depending on license (RN / LPN) and experience

What You’ll Do :

Assess client needs using the nursing process on a continuous basis

Monitor and report changes in condition to the physician or healthcare team

Provide health teaching and education to clients and families

Delegate tasks to caregivers in accordance with the South Dakota Nurse Practice Act

Deliver direct nursing care, which may include :

Wound care and dressing changes

Medication setup and compliance monitoring

Vital sign checks

Nutrition and skin assessments

Mobility assessments

Glucometer usage and monitoring

Toe / nail care

Catheter care

Blood draws

Health education and care coordination with physicians and pharmacists

Qualifications :

Active RN or LPN license in South Dakota (required)

2 years of nursing experience preferred

Physical ability to perform nursing duties

Strong communication skills (read, write, and speak English)

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of car insurance (required)

Eligible to work in the United States

Job Type :  Part-time

Work Location :  In-person, community-based (travel to clients’ homes)
