    The Supervisor Small Store Merchandiser Delivery leads a team responsible for efficient merchandising while meeting distribution objectives. The role includes onboarding new teammates, responding to customer issues, optimizing merchandising efficiencies, adhering to safety and compliance policies, and fostering a positive working environment.

    Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring and onboarding to achieve staffing needs.
  • Manage, motivate, and coach a team of Small Store Merchandisers to deliver results, communicate goals, and develop team through performance management, coaching, and training. Conduct R.E.D. rides (minimum 3 per week).
  • Ensure core internal audit guidelines, including Kronos timekeeping and mileage reimbursement.
  • Monitor key business indicators and develop action plans to drive productivity gains.
  • Establish a safe working environment and train teammates on safe techniques.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Delivery teams to maximize Small Store Service Delivery.
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Knowledge of CCCI Sales and Delivery operations preferred.
  • Prior leadership and management experience a plus.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 to up to 3 years relevant experience.
  • Valid in state drivers license.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of education beyond school in college or technical school.
